STEP 1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION & PROJECT REVIEW

If you already have plans or engineering, we'll review them before meeting so we can provide meaningful feedback from the start.
If you're still in the early planning stages, we'll guide you through the next steps and help point you in the right direction.

STEP 2 - FEASIBILITY AND BUDGET GUIDANCE
Before moving too far down the design path, we help determine whether your project aligns with your budget.

The goal is to help you make informed decisions early.
STEP 3 - DETAILED ESTIMATING
Once plans are sufficiently developed, we prepare detailed project costings.
For larger projects, we may recommend engaging a professional estimating service to provide additional accuracy and transparency.

STEP 4 - CONTRACT AND PRE CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
Once you're comfortable moving forward, we'll prepare contracts, schedules, and project documentation.
Before work begins, we'll hold a pre-start meeting to ensure everyone understands the scope, timeline, and important milestones.

STEP 6 - COMMUNICATION & PROGRESS UPDATES

We aim to hold regular site meetings and provide updates throughout construction.
If something changes, we'll discuss it with you before moving forward.
